Bus operators (KTEL of Florina and KTEL of Kastoria) carry out regular routes to and from Athens and Thessaloniki. KTEL of Florina serves the routes to and from the settlements of the Municipality of Prespes, as well as between the villages of the area. By car

The seat of the Municipality of Prespes, Laimos, stands 48 kilometers from Florina and 55 from Kastoria, and the respective routes to and from the two major cities in the region are covered in about an hour. Florina and Kastoria are just over two hours by car from Thessaloniki and six to seven hours from Athens, depending on the route chosen.

By train
